The change gave him pretty good night vision. |

Lan Wangji is a cultivator, someone who trains to refine spiritual energy within his body and deal with various supernatural/undead shenanigans! He normally has a lot of spiritual powers and techniques at his disposal (for combat, energy transfer, some healing, kinkily paralyzing/gagging people with magic, etc.), and is great at fighting with a sword, hand-to-hand, and some kinds of talismans. He also uses his guqin (zither) for combat and communicating with or suppressing spirits and the undead. A lot of his techniques work on living people, too.
Characters sensitive to spiritual energy can mark when he's doing a thing with it in general, and that he's pretty powerful. He's also very strong physically, even when powers are not active. |
